Such was the success of Pomegranate's 2019 Charles White calendar, that it sold out before 2019 was ushered in. (The popularity of the calendar was likely aided by the marked acceleration in appreciation of Charles White, largely on account of the major touring exhibition of his work, and the universal adulation it accrued.)

Pomegranate reissued the calendar for 2020. It was (days and dates aside) in all respects a facsimile of the 2019 calendar, from its cover of Charles White's Sojourner Truth and Booker T. Washington, 1943, to its use of:
