After reproductions of work by Charles White appeared not only within, but also on the cover of, several calendars dedicated to the work of African American artists, this 2019 calendar, published by Pomegranate, was dedicated to his art. It is a measure of the enduring affection so many people have for White's art that the calendar sold out before 2019 was ushered in. The popularity of the calendar was likely aided by the marked acceleration in appreciation of Charles White, largely on account of the major touring exhibition of his work, and the universal adulation it accrued.

Interestingly, the 2013 calendar, published by Newark Museum, had featured on its cover Charles White's Sojourner Truth and Booker T. Washington, 1943. The same work also graced the cover of this dedicated Charles White calendar of 2019.
