From 1965 until the time of his death some 14 years later, White taught at the Otis Art Institute of Los Angeles County. He participated in the Second Biennial Invitational Drawing Exhibition, held at Otis Art Institute of Los Angeles County College of Art, January 20 through March 6, 1966. This was the accompanying catalogue. White was represented by two works, Paper Shelter and Saturday's Child. A reproduction of Paper Shelter appeared in this catalogue.
