The ArtPack (1988)

Subtitled A History of Black Artists in Britain. A publication produced by Eddie Chambers and Tam Joseph, in association with Haringey Arts Council. Features a preface by Errol Lloyd, an introduction and a 9000 word essay by Eddie Chambers, taking a critical look at the modern history of Black artists in the United Kingdom, from the early 1980s onwards. Plus an additional essay by the sculptor Juginder Lamba, looking at some of the ways in which non-European art has historically impacted on Western art practice. Let The Canvas Come To Life With Dark Faces (1990)

Catalogue produced to accompany this major touring exhibition, originating at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, Coventry. The exhibition sought to examine links between self-portraiture and the Black community, by assembling self-portraits by 57 artists, including Said Adrus, Medina Hammad, Ingrid Pollard and Ibrahim Wagh. Catalogue includes images from all of the artists in the exhibition, and features 46 colour reproductions and 18 monochrome reproductions. Subtitled 7 Painters. Catalogue produced to accompany this Norwich Gallery touring exhibition.
